There was a few faulty hairs in the bun that have fallen apart and/or a small charm has since fallen off. But for the most part, these bands held up really well and made my daughter's morning styling easier than rubber scrunchies that grab and pull my daughter's fine hair. I bought them about 9 months ago and she lost a couple of these in kindergarten as she takes them off at some point during the day. But the rubber bands I have left are still strong. Now I'm running out of hair ties and it's time to buy new ones. I would definitely take them again, but this time looking for bands without charm. Since we lost so many ribbons I probably only have a few identical pairs left and it's easier for me to ditch amulets altogether lest she wear a bee amulet on one side of her head and an inverted-bottom cupcake on the other.
