does not fit in ear as expected, falls off or is uncomfortable in ear

I have the RHA MA750 which sounds pretty good and the in-ear fit is comfortable for daytime meetings or listening to music. There were similar expectations for Wi-Fi, but the glitch wasn't with the battery or the quality, it was the fit. Not sure if it's an issue with my ears or the design of the headphones - I couldn't find the position comfortable without falling out and blocking the sound.
