Direct defect. Not sure how these devices pass quality control. The sound quality is great, but the left earcup in particular has connection issues that cause it to disconnect from time to time. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

The left earbud was working when I first took it out of the box and it wasn't fully charged. The next morning, after fully charging and turning it on for a run, the left one didn't work and the right one skipped the music a couple of times. On a walk with my dog, who loves to pull, stuck in my ears = 2 stars. Disappointed that they don't work.

I have the RHA MA750 which sounds pretty good and the in-ear fit is comfortable for daytime meetings or listening to music. There were similar expectations for Wi-Fi, but the glitch wasn't with the battery or the quality, it was the fit. Not sure if it's an issue with my ears or the design of the headphones - I couldn't find the position comfortable without falling out and blocking the sound.

I bought these in-ear headphones for meetings at work. They do an excellent job of that. The sound is great for music too, but let me tell you a little story. These little guys are adorable! I chose the white ones and use them on the track, in training, in the office, etc. I haven't been disappointed! and a heavy-duty opening to accommodate the pods when charging! You can recognize L or R by shape and color (R point = right ear). They charge very quickly as I usually get 3-4 hours if I leave them for 20-30 minutes just in case. The case itself can last up to 20-24 which I think is right as I don't usually charge the case itself within 2-4 days. Thing
