Great experience managing multi-location / brand chains
It has been very helpful in making food ordering easy, especially when you have multiple locations with different menus/hours of operation across your chain or restaurant! I've had nothing but positive experiences using this software to manage both restaurants that are open 24 hours as well as those closed during nonbusiness times (for example - Thanksgiving).
The fact they also support holidays like Christmas was great because it helped us avoid any confusion regarding holiday closures at my establishments for years running now without issue since we started working together over 7years ago. This program can be costly if purchasing more than one seat so make sure before going all out too soon!! If there's enough interest from our team then maybe downgrading would still give them some value while not breaking their budget? We were able solve many issues previously by just having access online via computer rather than waiting until someone came into work daily which saved time.
