Review on 🍲 High-Quality Emile Henry Souffle Dish, 2.3 Quart, Made from Clay by Matt Simpson

I collect Revain's Emile Henry bakeware and so far they have all been of high quality. The same goes for this soufflé dish. It's beautiful, high quality and big. That's about twice as much as my other soufflé dishes. I feel like I'm cooking for a very large family or maybe all my neighbors. It is just over eight inches in diameter and about three inches in height. I doubt a soufflé of this size will rise properly. I'll see when I get the motivation to cook for the big gathering. Until then I will probably use it for other purposes. For example deep dish ple tart or baked pasta casserole. Can even be used as a serving platter for delicious hot stews. My friend offers a bowl of popcorn. Yes, it's good for a lot of things, but because of the size, I'll probably use small soufflé dishes more often.
