Diameter specification is incorrect

Diameter 9 inches, not 7.9 inches. Unfortunately, this misinformation is critical to me and the 9" diameter is too large for my purpose. The seller needs to correct this information.

Works great

Beautiful bowl workhorse. Everything I've cooked in it turns out better than any other bowl I've used in the past. I cook the same recipes in this bowl as I did in many other bowls of this type, but they all turn out better in this bowl. It's like adding some magic to my kitchen. I am happy about this purchase.

Nice bowl but very big

I collect Revain's Emile Henry bakeware and so far they have all been of high quality. The same goes for this soufflé dish. It's beautiful, high quality and big. That's about twice as much as my other soufflé dishes. I feel like I'm cooking for a very large family or maybe all my neighbors. It is just over eight inches in diameter and about three inches in height. I doubt a soufflé of this size will rise properly. I'll see when I get the motivation to cook for the big gathering.
