Was a little hesitant at the thought of how it could be as good as other brands selling around $200 for the same. I gave it a try based on all the great reviews here and the fact that I have the same for my D810. The mount is lightweight, very nicely finished and fits my D850 perfectly. It comes with two hex wrenches and the arc shaped mount fits my tripod perfectly. There is a small "0" on the vertical and horizontal swiss of the mount to align it with the tripod head, if you have one. Makes installing the camera on a tripod perfectly level. Another nice feature is that there are two threaded holes on the Bogen-Swiss horizontal mount that you can screw into what looks like a quick-thread black belt clip. This allows the L-bracket to be held together with the belt. I also have full access to all ports and the battery. There are no body curves either. Super glad I bought this.
