I bought this product in July 2021. The center line of the sensor is not exactly in the middle of the sensor. 1-2 mm deviates. The edge that presses against the side of the camera when mounted vertically is slightly longer, preventing the plate from sliding to align the centerline with the camera's tripod hole/sensor. Was a little hesitant at the thought of how it could be as good as other brands selling around $200 for the same. I gave it a try based on all the great reviews here and the fact that I have the same for my D810. The mount is lightweight, very nicely finished and fits my D850 perfectly. It comes with two hex wrenches and the arc shaped mount fits my tripod perfectly.
