I ordered this for a deeper spout (1 inch+). My tests with this resin were done on a river board, 1 inch thick, 42 oz. the material is THICK until mixed. To the point that I was concerned if it would work properly. I highly recommend using a spiral mixer to mix this resin. mica color. Tack test at a curing temperature of 70 degrees. After 6 hours it was still liquid and could be mixed. By this point, my mica had settled and the swirls were gone, so stirring was necessary. After 12 hours, it became sticky and slightly deformed. After 18 hours it became noticeably harder but became sticky and could leave fingerprints. healed outside. After 36 hours it became smooth and hard enough. I only take it out of the mold after 72 hours. The smell was no worse than other brands. I actually think it was a lot lower than the others I've used. The cure time was not abrupt and there was no exothermic failure. Next time I might take a warm water bath. This can make blending a bit easier. Overall I really liked it and will definitely buy it again.
