Junk but sometimes works
We used these for many years before Listerine branded them (can't remember the previous name). They became junk sometime around the time the name was changed to Listerine. It used to take us several days from one; now the thread often sags, even when new, and always breaks quickly - we never get a full day (multiple uses) of it. We still use them as a complement to stronger toothpicks etc but only until we find better ones.
