The trunk itself was fine. I returned for a refund. I was glad it wasn't memory foam. Hate Memory Foam causes jungle rot on people with hot feet, but I wasn't aware they come with such a thick insole. People who don't need arch support won't like them because they make you feel like you're standing on tiptoe. With others, I see how they will feel comfortable. If they made the same shoes with a regular insole I would definitely buy them.
