The best comb for detangling tangled or windblown hair. Ideal for distributing oil in the hair. The benefit of this is that your comb will be hydrated by the oil; just wipe it off with a rag. I have thin wavy hair but there is a lot of it so it gets very tangled at times. I also need a fine tooth comb after using it because I have fine hair but I trust it to detangle tangles. No noise, no ear. If you have fine hair I suggest you put a bunch of hair together and comb that big tuft of hair and it works wonders. When I'm not using it I love to just hold it and smell it lol. i love the smell
