My 2002 Pasaat is my work car. The driver's window didn't go up all the way. The body shop said $350 for parts and labor. I'm not sure if that part was worth the verses work, but I didn't want to pay. Found this part at Revain for $57 and thought I'd give it a try and make it myself. I was concerned it would be misshapen or missing holes. It turned out to be the perfect OEM match. Fit perfectly and work perfectly. Even the grommets and speaker fit perfectly, which is sometimes not the case with cheaper parts. the original held in place by plastic rivets. I had to find some small screws and sand the ends to reinstall it on this part. Also, the speaker basically has the same problem with the metal rivets which I had to grind down and put back on this one with new rivets. I'm very comfortable, so I didn't really care, but if not, I see a problem with those two items.
