The ease of integration as well as support is what I like most about first- this allows me not only have more time with my clients but also help them be successful in getting paid faster! We are now able get our clients money quickly when they need or want payment sooner than expected which helps us serve those needs better then we were before using diems (it's really helped!). There isn't much that i don't love at all since being integrated into one platform instead having multiple platforms - everything was easier!!
