Produces horrid white/chemical smoke in oven. I'm lucky enough to have two ovens so I can use my other one before I get a chance to clean the one I used the baking sheet in. It works great as a prep station (spoon stand, crumb catcher, waterproof, etc.) and does great cleaning (which is my main use). More on smoking (for those interested) :) I thought I'd try to reduce the use of foil/parchment paper to reduce the amount of single use waste in my home. I put this in the oven at 350 to toast the bread for a few minutes. I opened the oven to see the progress and there was a HUGE amount of white smoke. Had to open all the downstairs windows to air out my house (he was 2 weeks old ha!).
