Review on Mounting Dream Full Motion TV Wall Mount Bracket with Articulating Arm for 26-55 Inch LED, LCD Flat Screen TV - VESA 400 x 400 mm, 66 LBS Loading - MD2378 by Niko Knight

This is my second dream TV wall mount. This mount appears to be very well constructed, especially for the price. I was happy with my standard wall mount, got the first one. This swivel mount works exactly how I need it to and holds my 46" Samsung with no issues. I ended up turning mine upside down but it's the same either way EXCEPT. the center pivot is off center. Your TV will be centered , depending on how you fold the mount, but it will be about 1-1/2" (see photo) if you fold the mount the other way. I needed the extra length to center mine, so I rotated flip it over. and it's almost perfect. I also removed the front of the tilting mount and adjusted it to tilt down instead of up since I flipped it. Overall this wall mount is great and perfect for me and my situation I wanted to be able to see it from my deck to some degree and that allows it to some degree.The hardware seems fine but don't use an impact drill to turn the snap-on screws f tighten and do not overtighten. I've read of people breaking them or TVs falling off the wall due to broken heads. I believe this is due to over tightening, using a hammer drill to drive it in, and possibly pre-drilling a slightly smaller diameter hole than the bolt. I put felt pads on the folding arm because it touches the wall (at least in the direction I fold it 1-1/2 inches, but that's an easy fix. I'm very happy with this brand and will be buying more When I start hanging all my TVs. Don't forget to check the faceplate to make sure it's level. Mine wasn't out of the box. Also line up the bracket, install and then line up the faceplate attach to the TV brackets for best results.
