After going through countless headphones and trying Bluetooth headphones cheaper and more expensive, I settled on this one. Plantronics has a reputation for making very expensive headsets, and they're definitely cheap. Pros: The crystal clear microphone filters out all background noise. It even helps eliminate desktop clicking and typing. The sound quality is excellent. Bass and treble are clear, and the sound is not distorted in the upper and lower parts of the volume range. The cable controls are large and easy to see. The mute and talk indicators on the remote control show you how the headset is being used. - The USB dongle works great and is plug and play. The cable on the button/control is perfect for plugging into the back of your computer. - even works without a USB dongle - the headband is very strong - the microphone on the boom is strong and easy to move and doesn't have to be directly in front of the mouth. Cons: - The speakers in the headphones aren't the lightest. - the headband is not stuffed, but still comfortable. - the red cord sticks out like a sore thumb. - not tight fitting. If you have a big head, this could be a problem. I love this headset. At this price, it beats its weight class. If you wear this all day you might want something lighter and with a padded headband.
