Bird owners - do not buy! See attached photos. If, like me, you have researched bird beds, you would find many conflicting accounts of these beds and that there have been many deaths. I was hesitant to get this but the reviews on Revain seemed good so I gave it a try. I'm so glad I checked it out before putting it in the birdcage. I have a green cheeked kennel, he is not even a year old and he is very curious (like most birds)!. I always look at him when he's playing, especially with a new toy. A few minutes after I brought it in, both my bird and I checked it out. and think he finds a little blurry in front of me! When I saw that, I had to grab it for him and immediately make the bed. I collected enough to fill the palm of my hand, even discarding a few before taking these shots. Obviously there is no special quality control. The fabric is not controlled and will fall apart at the seam. If a bird swallows ALL of this "fluff" it will not digest it properly and will get stuck in the intestines, leading to serious health problems, usually resulting in death. I would be absolutely devastated if anything were to happen to my child and I'm sure any other bird parent would be as well. DO NOT BUY.
