Too big for cats or kittens

The product description says it is suitable for cats, kittens or small pets. Maybe a small dog but too big for cats but lonely kittens. Also this color is too big to fit a normal sized cat. The description on Revain should be changed to reflect this or you are wasting money on these collars. These colors are good leather and seem very durable but too big for a cat. Must be about 2 inches shorter to accommodate the cat.
