I love this protein powder. It blends well, quite creamy - I have to use almond milk because of IBS, but still creamy. I also added PBFit for the peanut butter flavor and added protein to my shake. I used another famous brand that has pretty tasty milk in the name but the milk ripped my stomach. I've mentioned to my doctor that I can't get all the protein I need as I feel like the protein is tearing up my stomach. She suggested I try whey powder because dairy has had an effect on my irritable bowel syndrome. So I chose this one just based on the reviews. Today I used it in coffee. It got a little lumpy, but I think if I had added the cream first and chilled the coffee a little, it would have blended better. Or I could pop it in my little ninja with ice and have a nice coffee protein drink.
