Superb protein. This protein is low in cholesterol, low in sugar and high in protein. Anything you want in protein, well, almost. The taste of vanilla ice cream is not the best. I bought this specifically for frozen fruit smoothies and I wouldn't recommend it. It just has an odd taste that I can't understand, but it overwhelms even strawberries and oranges. I just ordered one from Mocha Caramel, let's see how it goes.

I love this protein powder. It blends well, quite creamy - I have to use almond milk because of IBS, but still creamy. I also added PBFit for the peanut butter flavor and added protein to my shake. I used another famous brand that has pretty tasty milk in the name but the milk ripped my stomach.
