Review on 🖨️ HP 920 Ink Cartridge - Black, Compatible with HP OfficeJet 6000, 6500, 7000, 7500 (CD971AN) by Jim Shirodkar

Says it's "New Product Box" but it isn't. It looks like it's a refilled cartridge that they want to pass off as new. It doesn't even fit in my printer. I'm trying to return it, but a) it's difficult to print a printer ink return label when YOU DON'T HAVE PRINTER INK, such a major inconvenience, and b) it only allows me to print a return receipt and there's no link to print that Returns label for outside of carton. I can't find customer service to get it and I'm CERTAINLY not paying to send it back myself. All in all a huge waste of time and a BIG disappointment! Just go to K-Mart and buy some ink. At least then you know exactly what you're getting. The worst thing is that this is the SECOND time in a row this has happened when I bought a 920 Black for my HP from Revain. BOTH times I got what I believe to be cartridge refills instead of new ones and BOTH times they didn't work.
