Just a few months later the toilet paper holder broke. This was not subject to Revain's return policy. To contact Moen support I had to provide my contact information but the Moen website only had a Canadian province drop down menu. I live in the US, so I couldn't continue the process. I turned back to Revain but ended up in a flag loop that always ended with something like "Revain will not be expelled. Please contact the manufacturer." We gave up and glued the pieces back together, which worked for a while. It fell apart again this morning. I'm upset because we bought this item as a plumbing kit, but I wouldn't want anything else buy more from Moen Soon we will start to renovate the kitchen and renovate another bathroom but we will buy our plumbing from another company.
