Let me start by saying that my 11 year old daughter loved these lights. I went for a different lighting set but she insisted because she wanted THAT remote control. Installed by my husband, everything went very easily. They have been tested before putting, and no problems, everything seems fine. She loved her and all the options she had. She was so excited that almost as soon as she got up, after 9pm, she invited a friend to stay the night! The girl came over and at 11pm my daughter is crying because her light and remote control stopped working! WOW! Such short-lived happiness. The light is on but the remote control doesn't work at all. She can't change colors or make cool, fun variations. Thank you for turning the night from beautiful to horrible in less than 3 hours! They were very bright and looked great, they actually worked about 30 minutes after installation. What a waste of money, time and energy! And we even tried changing the battery…. No help!
