I was completely surprised by this article. I almost canceled my purchase. So glad I didn't. This is EXACTLY what I've been looking for for months. I previously bought 2 other backpacks and had to return (hard zipper on one and the other was too big). It's the perfect size, it has lots of zippered compartments, it's exactly what I wanted. I like that the straps are adjustable but the ends don't stick out. I use it as a diaper bag for my toddler. I don't really need a big and bulky diaper bag, I just wanted something slimmer and smaller. It is so sweet. Very durable. Very well done. Hardware looks good, not cheap. And I like that it doesn't have a brand on it. I hate it when a bag brand is in the middle, so big and gaudy. The zipper works great, doesn't bind or pinch. I really like the two-handle zipper in the main compartment of the backpack. Basically, I was completely surprised at how much it matched what I was looking for.
