This was a really great purchase. I bought a canister filter at a pet store that didn't work. The number they gave to call went to their company's main contact and they told me to call the local store to inquire about the exchange. I was so frustrated with all the running and shooting. I found this item on Amazon for $25 less and the gallon capacity was 75 gallons better. The instructions were very easy to understand and so easy to set up which is perfect as I'm new to canister filters. It only took a few hours and my 70 gallon tank was crystal clear and I was using a 150 gallon canister filter. The BEST purchase I've ever made. Easy to clean, very quiet and easy to care for. I know I will always use and recommend this brand of filters because they have a great product and legit customer service that can help me when I need it and not make me feel like an idiot or wasting their time.
