Review on JoyTutus 12V Portable Car Refrigerator - 26 Quart Fridge with Compressor, Ideal for Camping, RV, Truck, Boat, Outdoor Trips & Home Use by Ryan Gillett

I bought this for road trips, for my sailboat and during a power outage at home. During a few "test runs" the unit appeared to work well, reaching both refrigerator (37 degrees F) and freezing (-4 degrees F) temps on either AC power or a 12v output from myJackery single power station of 300 watts. the size I was looking at), which may indicate cheaper and less durable materials, including the supercharger. an error message on the device when the fan needs to be replaced and I'm wondering how and where I can get the parts if I do need them - from China? The newer model has the HML installation and fuse inside, but doesn't say anywhere where the fuse is located. The 1 year warranty is not listed anywhere. I have sent 2 emails to service@joytutus.com to inquire about this but have not received any reply. I wonder if in the long run it would be better to spend more on a device from a company that offers a clear warranty and better support.
