The LOOIKOOS shipping dates disappointed me as a product manager. Even though their goods are of the highest caliber, shipping times exceeded expectations. Some customers became irate as a result, and company was lost. In addition, some clients had trouble browsing the website and discovering the goods they needed. Confusion resulted, which made the entire buying experience more frustrating. While the website navigation and shipping times could be made better, the customer service was courteous and helpful in resolving any problems. I would advise LOOIKOOS as a product manager to concentrate on streamlining their delivery procedure and optimizing their website to enhance the general customer experience.
