UPDATE July 20, 2020: After I got my money back the company contacted me and fixed everything. Unfortunately this isn't the fault of the selling company as it was made by Revain. The original packaging was in terrible condition (read the previous review) but the seller understood my concerns. Thank you for taking care of your customers. Will definitely buy again! 05/12/2020: I can't speak for the product, but the product quality is worse than 1 star. Keep in mind this is a product that filters my drinking water... The boxes came with plastic tape around them and what appeared to be water damage and mold growth on the box. I added photos. Since I do not know if it is water damage and what it could be, I am returning this product. Unfortunately, the product itself can be great and was bought because of good reviews. However, the packaging made me want to use this product and I will be returning it. I understand the filter is sealed in the box but I don't want to risk not knowing what the water damage is and if it got into the filter. The Amazon box it came in was fine and contained other products but none of them looked water damaged. This leads me to believe that this is what the product looked like when someone put it in the box to send to me. Serious?
