I was replacing a cylinder head on my Jeep and figured I'd just have to scrape off the old manifold gasket with a flat head tool, but the hook proved very handy for the parts trying to fall back into the exhaust ports. To me, between buying a flathead scraper and getting the rest of the set, the price seemed negligible.
