I ordered this product on January 6th and received it on January 11th (4 business days). When the product arrived, the cable that connects your head unit to the steering wheel was probably damaged during shipping. I searched the Revain forums and emailed the manufacturer at maxlead.us@gmail.com. Jan's representative was very nice and sent me a replacement cable free of charge. The initial setup is pretty easy; The printed manual contains illustrations and simple instructions. The quality of the product seems very durable and stable. Resistance Quality: There are two ways to control your resistance (e.g. how heavy or light you want to ride your bike). You can increase the device's pressure on the rear wheel (Method 1) and control the difficulty level with the steering wheel-mounted controller (Method 2). Method 1 will really determine your overall strength and will have a greater impact on resistance. You shouldn't squeeze the device and tire too hard as this can damage your tire in the long run (for obvious reasons). Method 2 offers 9 difficulty levels from 0 to 8. These levels are extremely gradual and you won't notice how much resistance changes unless you're tired. Warming up on the bike I only noticed a difference in resistance between levels 0-4 and up to 8. Over time, other levels of resistance may become more apparent, but I haven't tested this myself, so that's just a theory.
