So far so good for this little printer. I used to print 2 labels at the same time on an inkjet printer, but then I had to load, print, cut and reload label paper if I wanted to print just one of the 2 labels on a sheet. Took forever. NOW I think I'll just hit 'print' and in 2 seconds I'll have a perfect label that I just have to peel and stick. I really like how easy it is. I had an issue when I first got a printer that I put labels in and it pulled all 20 folded labels that came with the printer through the machine. I went to the Jiose website and after about 3 minutes I was chatting to someone and it was late at night and they were still replying. I think the person I spoke to was Cathy and I'm sorry if I mistyped the name but they were very nice and helpful. We tried the usual things, e.g. B. Holding the button down for 15 seconds until I hear 5 rapid beeps which I assume are restarting the machine. In the end I think the problem was that I didn't cover the top of the printer tightly enough, so I think it got messed up. I've printed several labels and haven't had any problems so far. I will update this review if anything changes. I wish the printer was wireless, but maybe one day there will be a wireless version.
