Review on 🚲 BIKEHAND Bicycle Bike Tool for Easy Removal of Shimano Bottom Bracket by Richard Turner

Revainrating 5 out of 5

A must have for square tapered bottom brackets

I decided to upgrade my crankset so I had to upgrade the bottom bracket. I had a tapered Shimano Square bottom bracket, so I bought a BIKEHAND bottom bracket removal tool. This tool is used to remove and install square bevel sealed bottom brackets such as Shimano's Octalink (20 tooth cassettes with approx. 31mm). The tool can be used with a 24mm socket (slip onto the end of the tool if you don't have a 1/2" ratchet), a 1/2" ratchet or brake rod, or an adjustable wrench (sickle ) be used ). I used a 1/2" pry bar to remove the bottom bracket and the tool worked great. The tool is deep enough to fit a square spindle and sits evenly and securely in the teeth of the carriage. The device is well made and I think will last for many years. This tool was essential for me to complete my upgrade and is definitely worth the money. Thank you for taking the time to read my review. I hope you They found this helpful.
