I like my new toy. I bought this to shape crowns for the first time. I had a few bugs when I first started using it, but once I got used to the settings it worked great. My only complaint is that the metal tip makes a dent in the wood next to the nail entrance. However, another manufacturer I wanted to go to had a rubber tip to prevent this. I had my first cork and didn't know how to clean my nail. I then found a simple tip release and it was easy for me to remove the stuck nail. Be careful when putting away the gun with the battery attached as this may cause the battery to shut down or discharge. However, you will hear that it is gaining momentum. I'm old so it gets heavy after long use or in hard to reach places but it's a lot easier than trying to hammer in a nail.
