I am almost 40 years old and have found that I should probably be taking supplements to try and increase my testosterone levels. I don't know if this is for the best or if it's for everyone, but it's changed a lot for me. I don't think it's a placebo effect as I haven't been the same as I was last month in many years. I didn't notice much at first, but by the third week my wife was surprised at the changes. I'll continue to take it and if anything changes I'll pass it along, but it's been great for sure.
