The platform has been very easy to use for both our drivers & warehouse staff with it being available via any smartphone or tablet device - no need to download anything! It also allows us to manage all of our delivery routes (both local/national) from one location which makes life much easier when planning deliveries as well as managing them once they are out there delivering.

There's nothing I dislike about this system overall but maybe if you do not like using your phone then perhaps its something that could be improved upon? Our team at Delivery Hero have always worked extremely hard ensuring we provide an excellent service across Europe but sometimes things can get busy so it would help ease some work pressure by having access to information regarding customer orders sooner rather than later. We've seen positive results since implementing the software including increased efficiency within our business allowing more time spent working where needed most instead of chasing up missing paperwork etc.
