First of all, I wanted to say that I really wanted to like this. like I'm obsessed with hot pot and just didn't want to do it the traditional way, like I wanted to be able to fry something and eat soup. My main issue is the temperature control, it gets you up to the right temperature and then shuts off and stops the cooking process halfway through. We have to keep it high and fluctuate the temperature to keep it going all the time. I think I need something that will start a fire if left unattended lol. Also, it's very easy to clean, you just take some soap and a sponge, wipe it off and then let it dry.
