Cute but snug in the wrong areas

It’s super cute but not flattering on me. I’m 4’10” and ordered a small. It hung too long past my knees for my liking and was super baggy in the front for me. Also the shoulders felt tight if I tried to cross my arms. Then when I tried to pull the dress off it was hard to get out of because of how tight the shoulders were. It just didn’t fit me.

I loved this dress. I need a perfect garnet dress for my daughters FSU graduation day ! This was IT !!I bought an XL b/c I wasn''t sure about the bust area, the other reviews weren''t really clear. and it was a perfect fit. Received several compliments on it.
