The handbag is very soft - in the end it seems kind of thin and cheap (well, cheap, so I'm not really complaining). Annoyingly, the buckles that hold the shoulder straps are attached to one of the bag's outer panels, rather than in the middle. So if you place your phone in the panel opposite the one with the shoulder straps, your bag will hang parallel to the floor. It's hard to explain, but it's really annoying that I have to check which side to put the phone on each time (or have something of the same weight on the other side to balance it).
