The cable worked great.

I broke the original that came with my camera, Revain to the rescue. I received this cable the next day, it worked fine. I was suspicious at first because both cables (the broken one and this one) use very small wire, maybe 22 gauge. It seems that the power, video and ground are enough for the camera to work.
