There are many things about this program we love! The customer support from our team at Marinera Masters has been exceptional every step of the way - especially with how busy they have become since launch in July 2018 to over 1000 new customers daily!! They've helped us get through some difficult times by offering great service as well as having an amazing product out there now (and will continue!).
We can check-in guests online without needing them physically present which helps keep track when someone's not available or no longer needs assistance/service. It also makes it easier than ever before if I'm offsite during business hours because all my employees are able to login remotely via their own devices so nothing more needed here but keeping up w/the latest technology trends & ease of use for both staff AND clients.
