Exactly as described, nice weight and material.
This was dispatched promptly and the size is exactly as described. I like that it has velcro on one side so it fits over cords and everything hooked up from the air conditioner to the house. It appears to be a durable, canvas-like material and I think it will work well for the upcoming New England winter. I will update it in spring if possible.
