Beautiful and strong, just what you need. (Too hard and too soft doesn't work that well imo). The performances seem spot on. Good size, although some say it's small, about a little bigger than a golf ball. They have a bigger one on my PT which I like too but I don't see a hit because they are smaller. I mainly use for foot with nerve damage due to severe broken leg. They are also good for general leg pain. Wife and sons love them. My son runs a lot and my wife is always on her feet at work. Good price for 4 packs.
