Review on Aventik Fold Able Adjustable Stainless Resistance by Alberto Brewster

The stick I bought (model 072) is made of very good materials and looks high quality. The manufacturer seems to think that no instructions are required and that experimentation is easy to use. I returned the first cable I ordered because the cable was so bent I thought it was damaged and I had trouble snapping it in and keeping it taut. They sent me another one, and again this one not only lacked instructions (even a simple diagram would have been helpful) but also the security reel/tether that came with the first one to attach to your belt should you have it let it work. it was missing. However, the main problem is that the set screw shown in the photo that tightens/loosens the cable turns too easily and doesn't stay stable, which can cause the rail to loosen. I don't think so for sure. The staff also has a bit of flexibility, which didn't wow me. Too much trouble - I'll spend more to get something more durable and reliable.
