Review on The NAV People by Eric Smithlin

I like that they have all our different clients in one place so we can see what is going well across everyone at once! They also do great work for us when it comes to creating dashboards via Power BI or building out custom reports using their tools as well from within Excel.

A couple things i don't love about Nav people but nothing major just small niggles here an there really not enough time during my day to focus solely on them if thats something important to you then maybe look elsewhere? We are able to track sales performance by customer/account etc which has been very beneficial for tracking KPIs. Also being able to pull information into excel sheets easily too make charts quickly without having to export data outside of navpeople's products.
