Great Product - Excellent Customer Service

I really enjoy that they are always open to customer feedback and work towards making our needs met! They truly listen to what we want from them before trying anything out for us. We have been using their services since 2013 when it first started as an add-on package called NavWorks which was great but wasn't all in one place so we had 2 different companies doing separate things at once. Now everything is together under 1 roof!! So far my favorite feature has definitely just getting…

Pros
  • Great support team too who keep providing updates whenever requested by customers, such features should be available across many platforms.
Cons
  • Not seeing more advanced reporting capabilities yet though still learning

Great toolset and excellent support

I like that they have all our different clients in one place so we can see what is going well across everyone at once! They also do great work for us when it comes to creating dashboards via Power BI or building out custom reports using their tools as well from within Excel. A couple things i don't love about Nav people but nothing major just small niggles here an there really not enough time during my day to focus solely on them if thats something important to you then maybe look elsewhere…

Pros
  • Great analytics, reporting capabilities along with easy wayto extract insights directly off your CRM system no need other software apart than SAP EMPIRICKSALES (KX) & Microsoft 365 Business intelligence Toolkit.
