Too small, doesn't work - not revolutionary, waste of money

Caught again by the rave reviews and shrill ads for a product that doesn't deliver :(, boo. So this is a real review. People can know for sure what to expect - the comforter is too small, the larger size is NOT suitable for a queen bed, it cannot be used for two people (unless you are both 4ft and weigh 95lbs) - that Material feels weird against skin like heavy t-shirt with parchment-like coating, very rubbery, sticky and a bit uncomfortable Pretty much anything you'd want to use without a sheet - I tried it first (and last) without a sheet ) night to ensure nothing got in the way of its cooling properties, but it just wasn't cooling at all. I tried both sides and couldn't tell any difference from my $20 fleece blanket (it's much softer and cozier) - Cher 2 hours later I already felt the difference, I woke up sweating worse than ever, our house is up at night Set at 75 and I always wake up in the middle of the night because I'm too hot, but I don't usually sweat that much. - $50 for a cooling blanket that doesn't bother anything, I park it in our guest room or use it as a car blanket and add that experience to the lessons learned on Amazon, nothing revolutionary about this product other than the price. I can see some small advantages of this blanket, it's light weight and doesn't take up much space, but then again, $50 for a spare blanket that you keep for kids, dogs, or visitors is a bit excessive when you can have regular fleece blankets for a third of the price. It can have cooling properties if you're going from a heavy blanket to this blanket but I find a cheaper product without a cooling rubber cover will work just fine, I'll go back to my old blanket and look out for other products In fact, acts are REALLY cool and don't just claim that they will be.

Cons
  • Infinitely slow
