Doesn't do what he says. It's soft and helps keep hair out of the face during styling, but doesn't dry hair out at all. I have thin shoulder length hair and have tried using it in many ways but it never dries my hair out. I've been wearing it for an hour and a half now and when I take it off my hair is still damp. If I didn't have a towel on my head, my hair would dry faster. But I love how soft it is and how it keeps my hair out of my face when applying makeup, so I gave it a 2. I wish I could give it a higher rating because it's soft and cute, but that just doesn't add up. what it advertises.
