For sleeping I prefer a different style with an empty space for the eyes that is for the eyes. The strap is too wide for me to position properly so the speakers are over my ears without covering any part of my eyes. In my opinion it's much more geared towards using it for exercise, which I think would work great. Much safer than blue-toothed earbuds that can fall out and get lost. Haven't tried it for this, so can't comment on how durable the electronics are when sweat gets mixed in, but even if it only lasts a couple of months they're cheap enough that I won't have a problem with them purchase another. one when it stops working. Good price and great solution for bluetooth headphones for sport!
