I just bought the clamp base version of this classic kitchen tool. This is my third and I cannot recommend it. I bought the first one I had with my then wife. We took our young kids apple picking and then used our VICTORIO apple peeler to make delicious apple treats to make apple processing easier. When the kids grow up they will roll apples through this thing. When we got divorced, my ex-wife took this one with her. The second one I bought I used with my teenagers to process apples after picking apples with them. Enjoyed many cakes, fries and apple bread. When my oldest child left, he took this with him. This is the third item I own and honestly I hope my second oldest child takes it with them if they can. I will buy another. It is an indispensable kitchen tool. Every kitchen should have one. And I personally install kitchens with them. Obtain. You will not regret it.
